Samenbrengen, verbinden, enthousiasmeren – dat is de rode draad die loopt door al mijn werk als trompettist, componist, dirigent en beeldenmaker in dans, film en theater. Mijn passie en focus liggen bij het samenbrengen van muziek en mensen. Samen muziek maken overstijgt vaste rolpatronen en overbrugt taal-, leeftijds- en cultuurverschillen. In workshops laat ik mensen buiten hun eigen kaders kijken en dingen ondernemen die in eerste instantie gek lijken maar uitmonden in een heerlijke crossover. Mijn ensemble is WaterproofLive.
